Doesn't seem like a "fair" article at all to me. It reads as if it was intended to project a purposeful negative slant to vaping, communicating an imagined "second hand risk" intended to support legislation to ban vaping from all public places despite a lack of any substantive evidence of risk. It's subtle, but it's there. Emotional drivel in my opinion.

I would classify that article as neutral, not necessarily 'fair'. 'Fair' would have included more e-cig vs. 'bakky info, minus the unsubstantiated 'social risk' comment.

At least there was no bashing!

Just my 15 milligrams...

I think that's a good way of putting it - neutral. And yes - no bashing was good. :)

We should all write articles and send the stories to our local papers. We need to be our own advocates instead of relying on journalist, hoping they give vaping a balanced perspective.

People have made fortunes that way. Selling generic stuff like cell phone subscriptions. Write an article. Send to all paper/digital media. If nothing happens, re-write and send again. Repeat till rich... or vaping kills smoking in our case. It's not about the product, it's about creating media attention for "free".
