Clearly the author is focusing on the misconsception that the industry is advertising towards kids.

I don't smoke, and don't hang out in places that allow it. However, it seems the anti-smoking crowd is on a rampage without much to get angry about. Why is any regulation needed? Because the advertising "glamorizes" the product's use? Like beer commercials, candy commercials and car ads? It seems technology has taken away the whole second-hand smoke argument, and government hasn't figured out a way to tax it yet. Maybe it's time to find something else to tax and protest.

Yeah that whole anti-smoking activism opposing e-cigs makes me confused!

As far as the ads...can anyone say Vodka? Comes in every candy and dessert flavor under the sun.

Why are people always comparing flavored vodka to flavored eCigs, and saying those should be banned instead? Adults like Flavors. Period.
Adult products are for adults. Period.
If anything should be banned, it's irresponsible parents with wayward kids. The country could make a fortune just by fining unsupervised minors. No wait, they already do that in calif....
nobody pays up, they're all too broke from buying cigs
