Who's seen this thing? It's another one of those top-deck, Genesis styled tanks...

This one has a coil design (they call is EOCC) tons closer to a real Genesis than I've seen anywhere else... looks like a notch styled genesis tank. I hear this might be using Kanger technology? Interesting.

Just got a random e-mail in my spam folder about this. Price point of $30 isn't bad and I like the innovation. Doesn't look to be rebuildable at all, which is a block for me. But I could be tempted just because it is so different. I'd really love to hear user experiences. Also, Looks like it will never run dry unless you run outta juice!!
Very interesting, indeed:pop:

Looks pretty interesting & a PITA at the same time. Who wants to disassemble the whole tank just to replace the coil.
Also surprised this is made by Kanger.

Recently won one of these but I probably won't see it for a while, after searching on the net many sites list it as a RDTA but nowhere I've looked shows a rebuildable section, one site showed replacement coils for 1.50 though...

I guess so many people were re-wicking the OCC heads that they made a head that is made to be re-wicked lol...

needs to be listed as a RWTA I thinks..

Three thumbs down points for me would be 1. Whistling airflow 2. Capacity 3. Fill system ( reminds me of the cubis you have to remove the coil to fill and that coil is fully saturated so where do you set it to avoid a mess)

On a paper towel.
How is the mess any different than having to remove with your fingers a wet coil to change it?

So I've been using this since yesterday.... It's a really great tank but needs tweaked to be a great tank...

I'll start with the cons...

No airflow control.. Not suitable for MTL if that's your thing..
Yep yep it whistles, I've had more annoying tanks but still annoying...
Laying it on its side even with max VG leaky leaky, woke up today to a puddle under it...
When changing the coil I could see it get messy but see pros..

the pros...

Awesome flavor, like spot on, not a dripper but great!
Good airflow for restricted lung hits
Re-wickable okay not quite rebuildable but I could see these coils lasting a very long time.
Simple to re-wick... Scottish Roll>>>>Pull it through>>>>Cut both ends>>>Insert coil...
Coil installation is a breeze, yes messy when removing the old one but no screwing the head down..
Simple filling.. There's two top caps, one to access/replace the coil and other for filling which has big holes for it...
Vapor production... the recommended wattage is 25-35 for the coils, I've been running it at 32w and the vapor production is pretty great, not no TFV8 octuple coil. but for a single coils it's phenomenal (VTC Mini reads it as a .24ohm coil)
The wicking itself... The entire wick pretty much sits right in the juice, the coil is just above it in the upper section, this thing drinks juice pretty quick, it's like a super wick..

Final thoughts...

I really like it but the leaking is why I can't recommend it to people, I've been using their coils and haven't rewicked them yet, maybe if the cotton was denser it wouldn't be so bad but as it stands I wouldn't want to sit down with it in my pocket...

I have a feeling this got rushed because of 8/8

Bought two, each from different sites. Both are slightly different, one has the notch coils, other has wire coils. Other minor exterior differences as well. Like the notch style better, but just tried to install notch to the one with typical wire, won't fit, hole size smaller.

Just have had the notch tank one day, love it after figuring out how not to have it leak, make sure it's really tight screwed together, and not over fill even by a tad. Uses juice fast, small tank, but great clouds and taste only at 32 watts. Change the wide tip for a smaller tip and you can dial in the airflow you want.
