I recently ordered one of these and I'm still anxiously awaiting the vapemail. I know there should be plenty owners out there that should be able to confirm the build quality and finish durability. If you had a run in with customer support or a warranty issue please share your experience here.
All pictures with different toppers are welcome; it'll give everyone a better idea how cool this mod's finishes are.

This mod deserves more attention than its getting!

I've had mine for a couple of weeks now, had to get one since the manufacturer is right down the street in my little town.

Build quality is excellent, finish seems quite durable. Adjustable 510 pin is great. Charges up nicely, including allowing pass through use. Highly recommend, fantastic device....and it won't be my last from them. I got the white one, use it with all my drippers, Kayfuns/Russians, etc.

Awesome, I'm really curious what the white one looks like so dump some pictures if you have them please.

*edit*
Oh my I might have my first ever DNA30 device by tomorrow!

Will Asgard be offering for a decent price to replace the battery's? or does it become an expensive paper weight when the battery's go out?
*edit* Forgot to mention that you can contact these guys on facebook and they will reply within a day.

I'm pretty sure these can be sent in for replacement, but I haven't looked into it. Either way it shouldn't be hard to do yourself at all, if you know how to solder. If you don't know how to solder, look it up on youtube. People here will always help you pick out the right lipo batteries to buy.

Really sweet looking device , love the look and finish but out of my price range , i think most would want a user replaceable battery though , many have criticized clones with the built in Lipo but they do get very good reviews regardless.

The user replaceable battery was something I debated, but for $20 + shipping I can live with it..

I used to think about it that way, but from what I heard the lipos last a bit longer than your avarage 18650 of the same rating. I'll have to confirm this myself. Besides that my 18xx0 charger has a USB output mode that I can use on the go if I insert batteries.

Picked up a white one from Jvapes in Colorado Springs today, so far loving it.
How about some pictures!

I just received my first DNA30 device, the Asgard, and it does not disappoint one bit. First off it comes with a very nice braid-sleeve USB cable in the color scheme of your device.
It has a very comfortable length of 2 feet and-then-some (didn't measure it sorry). The device did come shipped with some charge in it and set in locked mode, props for that!

The black coating on mine feels very rugged and has an awesome grip to it like a high quality tool. In direct sunlight the texture gets a nice sparkle. The buttons are snappy and responsive, nowhere near uncomfortably hard to press.
Adjustable 510 works like a dream. I can adjust it to a hair's width of a gap. Tightening down my atty does not make the adjustment go down/shift at all. Being able to do this will really save the finish on the top as the 510 is nice and straight as well.

(that slight smudge is only visible in direct sunlight)

If I had to give this awesome device discredit for anything it would be that the screen of the DNA30 is pretty much exposed all by itself and so has zero protection. The material around the screen does have a tiny ledge where you could fit a window in flush, so maybe that was a past feature during the design stage.
Something I would personally like to see is putting that logo nice and big on the side. As product branding it would look really good (rather than some bright fat lettering *cough*). Their logo on the bottom does stand out more than in the pictures with this particular finish, so that's good to see.

Experience:
One of the reasons I bought this device is because I switched to zero nic vaping from 12mg. I went cold turkey without much of a hitch, but I really missed some throathit at zero nic. My Zmax v5 was able to provide it, but very inconsistently and with the pains of a failing button. Getting a DNA20/30 seemed logical and I figured I might as well go for the readily available end-all solution. Money well spent!
Jvapes packed it extremely well and shipped it within 8 hours, can't say I experienced that before.

Hi everyone. Did not realize this thread was up.
I have had mine for a little over a month now.

This thing is flawless. It looks amazing and is solid as a rock.

All my other mods have just been gathering dust since I got it from J Vapes.

As much as I love it, I have it up for sale now. Working on a computer all day can make my hands hurt and this box is just a bit too wide for my small hands. [emoji22]
