It may sound silly, but in the brief time I've been vaping, one thing I miss is my favorite ashray.

So I cleaned it out and am using it as PV holder. As I type this, my E-cig is sitting in the ashtray, in the standard cig position, waiting for use.

And somehow, it makes me feel good.

(It also means that the now clean ashtray is NOT available for analogs. Just in case.)

Best,
Ande

I have one that my niece bought and sent me from the naval base her father was stationed at in Italy.

This from someone who despised my smoking. She said that if I couldn't quit, at least I should have something nice to dump my nasty ashes in. lol
This will go nowhere! I'm already looking forward to either using it as a stand for my PV when sitting at home with the family, or putting it up with my lighter and knife collections.

My ashtray was an empty coffee can on the front porch (classy I know) Once I quit the cerimonial Maxwell House container went bye bye.

Too funny, mine was too. I just couldn't buy something nice for a habit I knew I was going to quit soon.....(33 years) haha. Used the same stupid can for years. It was a pleasure to toss it.

This is funny for me to read because I was just telling my secretary the other day that I still have my bedside ashtry, untouched, sitting on my nightstand. It hasn't been used for a couple of months now, but still, there it sits.

Maybe it's a reminder to me of what was, and now is not? I still have 2 analogs per day: one with my first cup of coffee in the morning, and one after dinner. That's all. But every day I celebrate how many I DON'T smoke compared to the 2 I do smoke.

Plus, there are still two smokers in the house. I suppose they need them. I don't!
