I've seen a few reviews on the triton and reviewers are running them at 40-45 watts with no problems. Aspire seems to underrate the power rating on some of their coils.
I've just started trying out the Triton and I'm currently running it up to see where I can get the best vape. Right now I'm at 50w and am going higher after I stop typing this.
If you're only a 20w vaper this tank is not going to work well for ya!
just got my triton it leaked all my juice....checked every thing. Cleaned it made sure all was tight which it was. filled it again it leaked till i turned the top to vape instead of fill. I have the .4 ohm coil in it. Find it has to be 35-40 watts or even more but a great vape. I just posted this on the Aspire Triton thread with info from Aspire's forum on the leak issue and what they recommend. This seems to be a problem.
Just got the Triton and I've been through 3 tanks... It's a great Tank. I like the Atlantis 2 but it always seemed to be a bit harsher for me. The Triton at about 45 watts has been near perfect. Now TC...has anyone tried the nickel coils that worked on the Atlantis?

I'm currently using the Vaporshark Atlantis nickel coils on the Triton and it works great. I also tried the vAir-T nickel coils but they leaked. I've ordered the eLeaf nickel coils as well at the Smokme Subverter coils so I will try those when I get them.

FYI, I think where the "old style" coils works better is because the wick holes are a little smaller than the one that come with the stock Triton coils, and the new style Atlantis 2 1 and 0.3 ohm coils, so they might help to prevent the leaking problems that people are getting. And with temp control, I can use it with max VG juices with no wicking problems. And those coils work so well that they last nearly forever, depending on the juice you're using. I've got one in an Atlantis 2 on a Evic-VT which I have been vaping one of my ADV's, Lotus Petal from Bamboo Elixir, which is a clear juice and not too sweet. I have been using the same coil for 4 weeks now and have gone through probably 60 ml's of juice and the coil is still clean and still vaping as good as the first day I put the coil in. With sweeter juices, the coil will last me a good 2-3 weeks.
