Aspire Atlantis Mega - some leakage?

Noticing occasional leakage from below the TOP airflow selector valve (very close to the mouth piece, NOT the regular airflow selector with lots of different sized holes) Could be coming directly from the valve holes, but it seems more like it's coming from below it. Has nothing to do with the mouth piece that I'm aware of. It's happening JUST below it, and JUST below the valve I think. Does this part tighten on? I attempted to tighten it by just basically spinning the airflow valve around a bit, because it seems like that's all I can really do if I want to tighten it. It seemed to stop leaking for now.

I really hope this makes sense, and I hope someone knows of some type of solution! Thanks. :)

I don't believe that can be tightened/loosened. It is leaking by a lot? Or just a little wetness? I have found that Aspire tanks (all the ones I have tried, which is the Nautilus, Atlantis v1 and Atlantis v2) tends to vape fairly cool and produces quite a bit of condensation. Perhaps it is this condensation that is accumulating and leaking out?

Back when I was using the Nautilus Mini, so much condensation would build up in the chimney that when I turned it upside down to refill the tank, the condensation would actually leak out of the chimney onto my fingers. Always had to place a tissue underneath whenever I refilled it to soak up this condensation.

I don't know if it's condensation, it's definitely juice leaking. It sort of seems like it could be juice mixed with condensation though.

It leaks slightly, gets maybe 4-6 drops of leakage. It doesn't happen much, maybe once a day. I just wipe it off with a paper towel and it seems to be fine after that.

If I can't fix it, I'm okay with that because it's really not that big of a deal. Does this sound the same as your condensation leakage? I'm going to try to upload a photo, I need to resize it first though.

Here is my tank. It doesn't appear to have the gap at the bottom that your's does.

When I pulled out the drip tip, I did notice a bit of condensed juice that has accumulated behind that airflow control (I have it closed).

My guess is that the leakage you are seeing is just condensation that has accumulated and is coming out of the gap. I wonder if your tank was just not press fit tight enough so there is enough of a gap that the condensation is leaking out.

Ahh I see. I removed the drip tip and I see that in mine too. Looks like I'll just have to keep it clean in there, and hopefully it won't leak.

It's tight. Takes slight effort to turn it. I don't think there's any way it'd open on it's own. I like it open which is probably another reason why it might leak. Lol.

To everyone else reading - this RBA is fantastic, it's my current favourite. Just want to make that very clear incase someone sees this and decides against buying the mega. This is SO minor that I'd still buy this again if I ever needed to.

So you'll just have to make sure that you dry out that little gap every time you refill your tank and then your leaking problem will go away (or at least won't be so bad). Aspire tanks all vape very wet. You could also try the Subtank, although the tank will be a thinner tank than the Mega. The Mega is 30 mm in diameter, while the Subtank Plus is 25 mm and the Subtank Mini is 22 mm. They will be thinner than your CF Maxx battery.
