Aspire Dynamo Mod

I've had this mod for a couple of weeks now and these are my observations.
The mod is a fairly big, chunky mod but it's surprisingly light. I have other mods that are about the same size and are significantly heavier. This mod can takes two batteries in three sizes, 18650, 20700 & 21700. The 18650 requires the use of an included adaptor. This is a very sporty looking mod. It has a large, bright, easy to read colour screen. The mod has all of the bells and whistles. It will operate in watt, TC and bypass modes. There's a wide range of settings available to please every user. It has a built in real time clock with 11 available clock faces. It has an onboard quick 2A charger for people who have no external charger. I have to say this is my favourite mod, and I have 10 others. The only detractor I've found is the fact that the fire button is left of the screen. I'm right handed and I like to fire with my thumb. If I want the screen facing me the fire button needs to be right of the screen. As it is, I need to use my trigger finger or hold the mod screen down or use it left handed.

Funny thing is, we had a thread going here and found that most vape with their non dominant hand. Now, if I wanted to make changes to the mod that would be a bit of a hassle. I am quite challenged doing the 5 click off with my left hand, lol.

I like Aspire, have 4 Revvo tanks, great flavor.

I'm curious why you find the clock to be a huge benefit? As a rule I will turn off the clock feature in settings given the option, otherwise I minimize the amount of time it's displayed. For me the clock serves no purpose other than to keep the display illuminated longer to add additional drain on the battery.

I rarely look at the screen unless adjusting power or some setting, just nothing there I need to know with every puff. Once I confirm resistance and set wattage I put the mod in stealth mode if available. Hard to stealth vape with mod that lights up. Plus as stated just a drain on batteries.

I ask everyone who extols the benefit of a clock on their mod why they like very few ever answer.

I go outside to vape at breaks and lunch. It's great to be able to look at my mod and know when it's time to return to work. Some people have their phones out looking at them all of the time. I rarely look at mine but I have my mod out a lot. I have both my UI display time and my clock display time set really low. I use at least two mods, often three, during any given day. My batteries need charging every two days, at the most. I have extra batteries and 6 charging bays so I'm not too worried about conserving battery life anyways. Swapping out batteries and charging them is part of the whole vape ritual, in my mind.
Hardly anyone wears a wristwatch anymore.

Try an Apple Watch or a Fit Bit most people wear something on their wrist. I dread the day that my mod will answer calls or connect me to some kind of social media.

My mod obsession is the smallest TC device that can take an 18650. That distinction goes to the original Pico and it's nearly the only mod I use since it came out. Is there another mod the same size with may be upgraded features? Better yet is there a mod the same size as the pico with an evolv Replay board? I'd love to give Replay a try but not if I have to carry a big mod to have it.

A Fit Bit? Lol! That would be the only bit of me that has "fit" in it. Yup, I exude fit when I'm standing around outside chucking huge clouds. Hey look at that old guy over there blowing huge clouds of vape! Check it out! He's wearing a Fit Bit. I guess he's going for a jog when he's done.
Nah. It's not happening.
As for an Apple watch, if I had an extra seven or eight hundred dollars lying about, and I wanted some wrist jewelry, I would buy a nice watch like a Movado not a mini computer.

I still wear a watch on my wrist. I have a couple mods with clocks and I thought they would be useful. They are not.

I will obtain an apple watch only under duress. The best way to know the time is to wear a watch and use it.

But, gone are the days when you could get someone to upend their fries and/or coffee by asking them the time as they proudly showed off their newest "digital" time piece.

I miss those days.

Dynamo mod has stealth mod, you can click the fire button 3 times quickly to enter or out of stealth mode
