Does anyone know the reason of why they make the drip tip on the Aspire ET-S BDC tank removable?

You mean non-removable?
While most tanks have removable drip tips, some (like the ET-S) are part of the unit.
Why? Probably just simplicity and for form factor.

no i did mean removable; to make it clearer the drip tip and air hole tube all one piece unscrews from the top just wondering why
Well, just a minor point, but the drip tip is NOT removable.
The top section of the tank does come apart, so that you can clean it easier.
Most tanks have sections that come apart for cleaning.
