HKJ just published this: Test of Aspire ICR18650 2500mAh (Black-yellow)
≈2400mAh peak capacity, ≈2300mAh at 10A/20A down to 2.8V, ≈1550mAh at 20A down to 3.2V
An average of ≈45°C above ambient at the end of a 20A continuous discharge.
Decent cell, seems it can't compete with branded ones in performance/price ratio, though.
