Yes, pop in another coil. Prime it, wait 15 min, then low and slow, slowly going up to your sweet watt spot. Don't overcook any of these coils.

And there is a mondo sale on coils from MyFreedomSmokes.

That's 7.17 for Naughty BVC 5 pack!
And they have bdc, and other stuff...

coupon code
40%COIL

Thanks for this heads up, Just stocked up on coils for awhile.

DaveOno, I saw only the BVC "replacement" coils which are used for other tanks. Could it be they're sold out already on the Nauti BVC's?

Hi, choochoo.

Ask and you shall get it!!
They are all on this link...

the nautilus mini is my first good tank after upgrading from a starter kit. the guy at the store showed me how to prime and the first coil worked perfectly. I burnt the next one I replaced but then got the hang of it and it has been great. I have heard that it is not all that rare to have duds straight from the box though, so maybe that is a possibility for you

Well, DaveOno, did find the Nautilus BVC'S for $11.95 and when I entered the 40%Coil coupon the deduction only amounted to 26.56% off. Sent an email to them to find out what's happenin'.

Edit to add: Thank you, DaveOno, for the links. :)
Limit 2 boxes of coil type per customer. If you order 3 boxes of Nautilus BVC and 3 boxes kanger V2 dual coil, only 2 boxes of each will be discounted 40%.

Life got real crazy for me and I guess I missed out on the 40%off the coils. I do appreciate everyone's help. I think it must've been a bad coil cuz the other coil didn't taste bad at all and I forgot about turning the heat down on for the first 50 puffs. I only hit at around 3.8 though anyways. I have more questions coming soon....lol! Have a great day everyone!

There are fake BVC coils out there. Make sure each box that you buy has a scratch sticker with authentication code and that you check in on the Aspire website. I bought a box the other week which had a code, but the retailer overlapped their price tag on it so I wasn't able to check. Anyway the coils didn't vape nearly as well as the ones that came with my unit: they had an all around bad taste and seemed to burn around 4 volts. I bought another box somewhere else yesterday and these are working fine. I don't know if the first ones were fake or just duds...

OP, I had this problem with my nautilus when I first bought it. It was a bad coil. I've gone through two new coils since, and the nasty taste has not returned. Also, washing everything but the coil and letting it air dry overnight (use hot water and mild dish soap) might have helped as well. It wasn't a metallic taste, either, it was a nasty spoiled food taste that made me think my juice might be going off, but it was the coil and swapping it for a new one fixed it.
