Hi guys/gals,

was thinking about Aspire nautilus and Kanger Aerotank, anyone had them before? Any comments?

im using a protank2 now, although not much complains (other than the usual splitting) but the adjustable airflow options seems attractive. btw, am looking for more vapor production, using 50 VG 50 PG level.

thanks to all

No idea on nautilus but had experience on my friend's Aerotank. The way they built the dual coil isnt that great.

Coil-Feeder wick-Coil..

You cant see the condition of the bottom wick and they seems to turn dark pretty quick as compared to single coil builts..The adjustable airflow is not bad thou especially if you need to switch between different wicking material & also you wont get condensation on the 510 battery connection size.

I rebuilt my friend's coil to a nano using 1mm ekowool wick and 2 x 2mm ekowool feeder..Performs much better.

Thanks nouseforanick. am playing with the rebuild of PT2 head now as well, with sterile cotton wick. Not sure if this would work for the aerotank. I heard the Nautilus, rebuilding the head is rather impossible so the cost of replacement heads are pretty high. Thus, am having 2nd tots abt it.

When i saw the prices for those replacement heads of the Nautilus, i was

Aerotank do work with Ekowool or cottonwool..Take note that the heads for Aerotank is slightly different..The grooves for slotting in the wick is taller(That's why i use 2 x 2mm ekowool to stack ontop of eachother to fill up the empty space)...Cottonwool gives you better flavour of cos & if using this on the aerotank heads, you have to make sure it fills up the empty space .

I heard hemp fibre is good as well. I've some 2mm hemp twine which i haven started using yet thou.

I'm currently still using the PT2 with nano coil + cottonwool..Works great..When those nr-r-nr wires are here then i will do the hemp built on my Taifun GT..

New project to start this weekend..

Nautilus tank is one of the best tanks out there at the moment. It is more expensive to replace the coil heads but the results, throat hit and vaper produced is amazing. I tried both tanks and i decided to get Nautilus. Using Nautilus and MVP v2 at the moment. Also you prefer a warm hit or a cool hit? It seems like double coils is producing a warmer vape. i personally like a cool hit so i switch between tanks pro tank mini 2 and nautilus...

Peace:vapor:
