Well I've had the Nautilus X Tank now for a week and vaped two tanks of 50/50 liquid through it. I think that the flavor isn't comparable to the Kabuki or Original Nautilus Tanks for MTL Vapers. It has a too open draw for MTL for my taste and the flavor is muted. More directed toward the Direct Lung Vaper that wants a change up Vape. The Top Air Control is difficult to make adjustments to. For my style of MTL the best Tank for remade Coils is still the Kabuki with P3 connection.
Overall not my style of Vape but ok.

What difference does the P3 connection make? Also, are the clones any good? Sadly, I can't afford the original.
The P3 connection is more solid of a connection and that's about it. Which when your talking about an electrical connection less chance of a short and better flow of current. I had a Kabuki 510 Clone and wasn't happy with the build quality. I would presume that you have other tanks; so just slow roll with eyes on the Classified Ads here will yield you the real deal at a deal of a price;)

New to vaping w/ tank. Was buying cartos and hated them so finally found a vape shop where I bought the Nautilus X with an Artery Nugget. That was about a month ago and I'm very, very happy. Love being able to quickly fill from the top as I'd heard leaking could and often did occur with tanks filled from the bottom.

I bit the bullet and got the x tank and then some 1.8 coils. The 1.5 coils do seem a bit lackluster, but these 1.8's are really nice so far. Only been using it for about an hour, but it feels just like an upgraded version of the BVC's finally, which is what I was hoping for. The flavor seemed sort of odd on the 1.5, but seems much improved on these.

To compare, I'm using the same juice in both the Triton Mini, with 1.8 bvc, and the x with 1.8 each at 13 watts. The x seems noticeably better on flavor, but also just different. It has that same effect a bit that the 1.5 does, where it just makes flavor different. But I think it's just better overall now with this coil. No gurgling at all so far, and it's quieter than the 1.5 coil too. Just nice a smooth. I'm pretty happy so far, but we'll see how long these coils last. That'll be the big thing.

Only downside, the drip tip is still a tad bit warm when chain vaping, but not nearly as much as on the 1.5. I kinda like it actually since it gives me that cig feeling. I'm tempted to get the 4 mil extender though, which would fix it.

It makes it a little less hot but I wouldn't say it fixes it. I have 2 X's and 2 x 4ml extenders for them but haven't used them in a few weeks since I got into sub-ohm. Being able to semi-DL with the X was what got me into DL and now I don't touch any of my MTL tanks, they all got washed and stored away.

I thought the X was a step up from the original but it sucks down the juice a lot faster for me.

New to vaping, but here it goes; Got my Nautilus x yesterday, so almost a full day with it. At first, wasnt impressed. Not much flavor, and the spitting was bad. But after some time, it kept getting better & better, flavor enhanced and the spittig resuced, i can still see a few drops of juice at the bottom of my drip tip (ill need to check some more reviews i guess to solve this, anyone here can help?)

After playing around with the watts, came to my almost-satisfied level at 16 w (will keep playjng up & down till i hit the spot)
I have it on my Air50 with Crush Juice 6mg 70/30 vg/pg.
At first the tip was getting worm n hot, but i guess its my heavy pulls so im taking it easy with it now and that resulted in no heat at all.
Zero leaks. None at all. Loving it and i hope after getting experienced with it that it will be my goto tank.

Im definitely going to check out reviews & tips to make my vaping experience at its best, and id very much appreciate ur experiance tips & advices for my Nautilus x experiance.

Cheers.

I saw the Nautilus X 4ml tank uses the same glass as the Clieto, so for grins I tried the extended Clieto glass. Result? My very own Nautilus Hippo X.

Thanks Robo. I hear you about the Mini and I've thought about those. I guess my reservation, as silly as it may be, is that the Minis are just kind of ugly. The X on the other hand would look nice on my new Pico.

Do yourself a favor and try the Endura Prism tank. It's top fill.
I got rid of my nautilus first week I had it, I think they are really *ugly* (on anything) and having to take it off the battery to fill (with that awfully annoying plastic "plug thing" that is there on the bottom) made me hate filling the tank.
My coils is on week 3 as we speak.........

Just an update: I'm still loving these 1.8 coils. It's really a massive difference between them and the 1.5. I'm finally on my 2nd coil. I think the first one lasted 11 or so days before the flavor started dropping. I probably could have gotten longer out of it, since it just tasted meh, not terrible. I also went through a ton of juice in that time, so I'm at least satisfied with that length of time.

And I got the 4ml extension which has helped a ton with refilling and the warmth. Aside from the faster juice consumption compared to bvc's, I think this tank with the 1.8 coils is far better than any with the BVC coils.

I'm hesitant to say this, since I don't care for Aspire, but these coils and extension have turned this tank into my #1 MTL setup. I've used just about all of the major MTL tanks, and this really is the best at this point in my view. The sad part is...the 1.5's on the standard 2ml it comes with really missed the mark. It can be turned into greatness though.

Yes, the 1.8 coils are much better and it does drink the juice faster than the original nauti but it is a much better vape and more durable than the original nauti. I wish I could get my roomie to use it instead of the original nauti's that she drops and bends the bases of all the time. The X was what got me to want to try sub-ohm DL tanks again (it's actually airy enough wide open for a restricted DL hit) and now that I DL with sub-ohms the X tanks got washed out and thrown into the stockpile of spare tanks.
