Hello, today we are going to take a look at the Aspire Revolto 220W. I will examine in this Test each of the features that distinguish this item. ► Aspire Revolto 220W Kit; Introduction:
Aspire is a leading company aiming to regain its lead in the high-powered e-cigarette category. Its powerful Revolto kit is
quite massive, yet still offers a refined design and benefits from a high degree of finishing with high-quality machining. Made entirely of aluminum alloy, it feels quite light in the hand compared to what one might expect based on its size. The curves of the Revolto make it ergonomic in the hand and comfortable to use. The Revolto Mod works with two 18650 batteries (not included!), can fire up to 220W, and features a wide range of settings, including temperature control and power curves that will delight the most experienced vapers. For the more regular vapers, the ASP chipset offers the classic power adjustment modes in Watts and voltage in Volts. The Revolto comes from Aspire with the Huracan Tank, which has already won over a good number of vapers with the Huracan LX kit. This vaporizer is intended to be used for DL and RDL vaping. It uses BP Coils for dense clouds and generous flavors. The top airflow regulation protects vapers from leaks, while the tank can be refilled quickly by unscrewing the top. Aspire is one of my favorite brands, so I am especially happy to write this review.

► Aspire Revolto 220W Kit; Operating Guide:
The Revolto control panel includes the Fire button and the "+" and "-" adjustment buttons at the top. The metal-textured buttons are precise, do not wobble, are well-sized and are conveniently placed. The underlying 0.96" TFT color screen with adjustable brightness is easy to read and displays all the useful information for vaping such as; bar indicator (single) for the battery charge level, current mode selected, Watts, Volts, Amperes, Ohms, puffs counter. The Type-C charging port can be used for emergencies, personally I always prefer to recharge my batteries with the help of an external charger so as not to unnecessarily strain the chipset of my Mods. Revolto also includes the presence of a Slide button to speed up the on/off operations, this is very useful for quickly putting the Mod in your pocket without worries, the slide button holds its position well, impossible to slide it inadvertently.

• On/off; Move the On-Off cursor sideways (slide button)
• Lock/unlock the Mod; 3 clicks on the Fire button
• Lock/unlock the adjustment buttons; Press the "+" and "-" buttons together
• To enter the menu and change modes press the "+" button and the Fire button together
• To adjust the brightness press the "-" button and the Fire button together; you will be able to adjust the brightness on 33 preset levels, allowing you to clearly read your screen regardless of the level of sunlight.
• Watt Mode; With the Mod unlocked you can adjust the power with the "+" and "-" buttons, with 0.5W steps up to 100W and with 1W steps from 100 to 220W
• Volt Mode; With the Mod unlocked you can adjust the Volts from 0.50 to 9V with 0.1V steps at a time
• CPS Mode; You can customize 5 different output curves
• TC SS/NI/TI mode 100-315°C / 200-600°F: Temperature control with the following materials, 316 steel, Nickel and Titanium
• Bypass mode: The output simulates a mechanical device that identifies the ohm value providing the right power based on the installed resistance

► Aspire Revolto 220W Kit; Removable side panels:
The Revolto Box Mod has the same design laterally, with two "X"s, one on each side. The "X" is elegantly screwed with 4 French screws and its profile is raised compared to the panel favoring the grip with the hand, on one side we find the writing "Revolto", on the other side "Aspire".

The panels are equipped with two internal magnets with high attractive force, they remain firm in position without any imperfection or abnormal movement, they are also double-sided and can be reversed. I wonder if Aspire will distribute custom magnetic panels in the future, it could be a good idea.

The battery compartment is made of fireproof material, with the poles clearly marked, there is also a lace to facilitate the replacement of the 18650 cells.

► Aspire Revolto 220W Kit; Below and above:
The generous footprint of the Revolto foot ensures a stable position, furthermore on the bottom there are two small recesses to facilitate the extraction of the side panels. The 510 cup is screwed to the frame with 3 torx screws, it is located in the center in the upper part of the mod, the cup is slightly raised to avoid scratching the mod during the installation phase of the tanks. The contact pin is floating and the thread is smooth and sliding. You can install tanks up to 26mm in diameter on the Revolto Mod without unsightly protrusions.

► Aspire Revolto 220W Kit; Huracan Tank:
Huracan Tank version for Revolto Mod is made of high quality stainless steel. The replaceable Drip-tip 810 has a low profile and a rather large internal hole, this high-performance vaporizer is intended for those who want to produce huge clouds, the tank has a capacity of 6ml and is covered with an attractive TPU protection. The large e-liquid reserve allows you to vape longer without frequent refills.

Huracan tank provides an easy and fast refill that is based on the rotation of the upper cap, the two large slots facilitate the insertion of e-liquid into the tank. The air regulation system in the upper part allows you to eliminate any possibility of e-liquid leaks, the rotating ring is able to adjust the amount of air very well according to your needs.

Huracan tank is compatible with 4 different BP Mesh coils:
• BP Mesh Coil 0.3Ω (30-40W) (included in the kit)
• BP Mesh Coil0.17Ω (45-55W) (included in the kit)
• BP Mesh Coil0.15Ω (60-80W)
• BP Mesh Coil0.15Ω (80-100W)

* Attention: The following BP Coils are NOT supported; 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 1.0Ω.

By unscrewing the lower base you can easily replace your BP coil, pulling to extract it and pushing to insert it into the tank.

Huracan Sub-Ohm Tank is built so that it can be completely disassembled to facilitate deep cleaning operations.

► Aspire Revolto 220W Kit; Final conclusions:
For this test I used Tropical 70:30 e-liquid with 2mg/ml boost.

• BP Mesh 0.17Ω: This resistance included in the kit, has a range of use between 45 and 55W, is suitable for a lung vape rich in clouds and flavor, the aspiration is always silent and the heat never reaches excessive levels. With the air regulation ring open to the maximum, the delivery is very smooth, personally to maximize the flavor and the hit I usually adjust the opening degree of the AFC to 50/75%.

• BP Mesh 0.3Ω: This resistance included in the kit, has a range of use between 30 and 40W, is suitable for a medium and balanced vape, works well, is responsive to the fire button and expresses the maximum flavor with AFC open at 30%, allows you to vape with medium / low powers, and this guarantees a very long autonomy of the double 18650 cell.
