I use an Aspire Triton 1.8 ohm coil and Black Note liquid, which is a known coil killer. I have to change coils every day and this is getting expensive;)

I've bought the Aspire Triton RTA kit, but I don't like it. It's not giving me the same taste and it tends to dry hit frequently. It also leaks all the time. In fact this whole tank leaks so much that I'm really looking for a tank with a top airflow, but that's another topic.

The coils are vertical inside the original coil, while they are horizontal in the RTA kit. In addition to this, the original coils contain massive steel sidings, which are also not in the RTA.

So, basically, I've tried to rebuild the original coil, but I fail every time. Are there anyone who has succeeded in this and made a tutorial?;)

Im a fan of Black Note and other NETs also. The Triton 1.8 coils are good for flavor but they dont last long enough so I quit using them. The Triton RBA sucked for me too so I gave up on it after a couple trys.

I think this RBA works in the Triton and its considered better than Aspires.
Anyvape Sega Tank RDA V2 Coil Head 0.5ohm (1 piece) Fits Atlantis and Melo also
Maybe someone that knows for sure will chime in.

I would think you could rebuild horizontal coils in the Triton coils using this method used in nautilus coils. I know it works for the nautilus coil, but Ive never rebuilt a Triton coil that way.

If those options dont work you may have to move on from the Triton to really enjoy Black Note.

Ok, great, I've figured out how to build vertical coils and it's a lot better, so maybe I get skills in this after a while.

Thanks.

Also, as you're a Black Note lover, what other NETs' do you vape? I love Black Note, but the bottles are so small, it irritates me. I run through a bottle in 3 days and I got my closet full of these bottles;) I know I can return them, but as I live in Norway, it'll be quite a charge on the packet, so I'm saving up, I guess.

Anyways, can you recommend other NETs' and maybe others who got bigger bottles?;)

Thanks, again.

I bought a.5 Clapton and used the coil shell than used the positive pin from the 1.8 coil for its small airflow. On the .5 shell you can remove and replace the filler juice hole cotton. Here's a link, just use the 1.8 bottom pin instead, and different wire... You can use a socket that fits the coil to hold it in place while you tap the filler cotton part out.
