Assembling the Penolpe. Help

Having trouble setting up my new Penelope. Anyone in NYc,can assemble one a perhaps teach me a few tips along the way?

I have watched numerous videos, and found my penelopem is missing one or two items. I have contacted the company multiple times and even include photos of my kit. Little response. Thanks for your advice though.

Look at this diagram - you need parts 10 through 2 in pic. for the guts. Then only thing left is Penelope Base, tank, Mouthpiece and Cap w/O-ring
