Thanks, but I've tried the video,I think COV did not include the parts. Looking for someone who can persmallumtake a look at my setup.

disassemble it and lay out the parts then take a pic and post it.

should be able to give you help then.

You should have the 510 base connector, the ceramic, the threaded stainless housing with center pin w/ nuts at post and o-ring, the threaded large ring for the wick and wire that threads over the ceramic assembly, the long mouthpiece and the top tank housing that goes over the mouth piece and threads into the base.

COV sends the Penelope pre-assembled so it would be wierd if you're missing anything.
