DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
Veteran vaper here and trying to find my favorite setup. I was very happy with the eGo mega carts/attys setup but wanted to step up the game so ordered the eGo tank system, and some fluxomizers and a dripomizer cartomizer and now am SO confused.
I have found that the eGo tank is great for vaping but none of the juices pack a "punch"-they are rendered almost tasteless. Fluxomizer the same problem. The dripomzier cartomizer so far renders the best taste but i am not a "dripper". I vape too heavily to drip.
So...the only thing I can do at this point is get some more Fire & Ice from VaporBomb and try it on all these three systems.
I have been vaping Alien Visions Boba's Bounty and Gorilla juice, Tasty Vapor Black Licorice, and GotVapes Flux nectar Swedish Fish this week on these systems.
Any feedback?

I do understand the frustration. When I have read some new post or review about the latest and greatest, I have often chased after it (not always, thankfully, or my pocketbook would be bare). I've tried atties, LR atties, KR808D-1, 510s, 801s, 901s, KR808D-1 cartos, 510 cartos, Joyetech cartos, and the Leo. Then, I've gone backwards and re-tried what I tried before.

I'm still looking for my "perfect" vape. Truthfully, so far I like one thing for th, another for flavor, another for vapor production, another for convenience, and so forth and so on.

Anyway - good luck!

I haven't tried all of those, texas, but I agree. I can't seem to find the perfect match up either. I must say it's better now than when all we had was the stock cart that came with the eGo, but it's still not perfect. I wish the eGo was a true 3.7 with the Tank. I like the Tank better when the atty gets saturated with the flavor but it's not good if you change flavors...one atty for each flavor. After a year of vaping I'm tired of fooling around with stuff and I want something easy. The tank is definitely the easiest of all the new stuff but the attys are just too pricey unless they last a long time.

glad i am not the ONLY one who has experienced "muted" flavors with the tank system. I am so disappointed. Because I really like the system. Right now I am, believe it or not, back to my eGo mega cart and atty...with Alien Visions Gorilla Juice topped off with some atomic fireball. I am starting to think that maybe no other flavor besides a cinnamon base makes me happy. I am going to re-order Fire & Ice from VaporBomb and try it on all three systems and compare. That will DEFINITELY tell me whether the tank is muting flavors or if it's just in my head.

I too have found the taste lacking a bit on the eGoT. The same thing happens with the eGo mega cartos after a couple of fills. What I am going to try is adjusting the juice to fit the equipment.

My most vaped juice is the CaramelTobacco from BlueMist. In addition to my normal order of a 180ml bottle, I also ordered a bottle of the CaramelTobacco flavoring from their DIY section. This way I can bump up the flavor for use in the T and megas. This will also allow me to add PG or VG, with or without nic, to change the nic level, and then add a bit of flavoring to keep the taste where I like it.

This is all theory right now, as I just got my shipment today. So it's off to the DIY lab, also known as the breakfast table.:)

I REALLY like the tank system. From the look and feel, to easy filling, to the leak-free operation, it is by far the front runner for me now.

FWIW, using the T on a true 3.7V unit I made does give it a bump in performance and taste, its big and ugly though.

I just ordered myself a couple of riva SE kits with the new riva batteries which are true 3.7v batteries and fit nicely with the ego-t (you can read more about this in the "Riva Battery Voltages" thread). The blacks are not a match, but they are both black (flat black/ glossy black). But I like the tank on the ego batteries as well. The riva's do pack a better punch though :D

After trying cartomizers (which are ok), ce2 cartomizers (they are better but really a hassle to fill), I love the simplicity of the tank. I haven't tried the mega atty/cart combo as I am thinking back to how often I had to top off regular cartridges when I first started :(

The taste is lacking. However, this atty did perform well for 8 days without event. I also set it aside due to getting a new mod. Last night I cleaned it again-this time in hot water and dried it etc. It worked well for 1 tank. Now I placed the second tank on and very little vapor again. I just don't get it! I am not knocking the product. I suppose I should have purchased it from a different supplier. I bought it from TW. IDK I have another brand new one. I will check it out on Monday. All my ego batts are either 900 or 1000. I have a brand new ego battery I will fire it up on monday...just for grins in comparing it.

I still love my cartomizers and LR atties on the ego much better. It saddens me that its too expensive to buy a tank/attie just for a good 8 days..IMO the flavor was muted as well. However, I could have increased the flavoring for the system to work for me. I am not giving up yet!
