Atlantis 2 glass won't come off.

I'm trying to find a way to finesse the glass from the top portion of the tank, but it simply won't budge. Is it supposed to screw off? Pop off? Wiggle off? I want to clean an old juice out for a new one, but this damn thing won't come off of the top... any ideas?

I am not familiar with the tank but if any of mine are stuck i put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.Then use rubber gloves and normally it twists easily.Good luck
