The scalpers are only fueled by the ......s who pay 60% higher than msrp to own one. So it's the combination of the two ..... parties involved who create this frenzy. If you need a chi you that bad just so you can impress strangers on an Internet forum then you have other issues. The funny thing is that I find the people who own and pay for these inflated devices make videos in ratty living spaces and really shouldn't be spending all their money on mods IMHO. Just my rant.
Agree that people who pay over msrp fuel scalpers. I don't think everyone who overpays is trying to impress their internet friends, there are probably a variety of reasons. Lack of patience is a big one and probably being convinced it is something more special than it is.
Some people to do seem to make purchases not really in line with the amount of money they have to spend. It does lead to some bargains in the classies though.
Mine only misfires when the button is slightly misaligned from over tightening the telescopic tube and battery cap. When putting those pieces together you have to anticipate the switch housing moving and counteract it by putting opposite pressure on the button. I do this now when screwing the battery cap after replacing a battery...it just helps ensure that everything stays in its place.
LOL.. I don't know how I even manage to get out of bed by myself in the mornings without you guys!

I don't know yet.. I took the bottom cap off and when I put it back on, I applied opposite pressure like you said. But then I left the house and took the EA with me. I just got back home and it's working with no misfires so far.
Ugh. I cannot do it. Even though I am tempted to get a SS-M roller and mix and match. I just don't have the NEED. I really want some SS-M tubes and a switch though. Problem is, no matter what you add to the cart, the shipping is the same up to 250 euro I believe. And why are they taunting me with the chance to enter a coupon code? I want a coupon code.
Yeah, these international sites need to offer a cheaper shipping option for lost cost stuff. Like up to $75 or $100 USD you should have the option for a cheaper and slower service.
I'm not a fan of scalpers, hate them actually. But I don't think it's necessarily easy to judge someone and say "they should be spending money on other things". Maybe some people don't care if their house looks "ratty"? Who am I to judge? I'm a neat freak. My wife is not - she is the total anthithesis of a neat freak. She's not wildly irresponsible, matter of fact, she's more responsible with money than me. She's happy with a twist and a Vivi.
I do however agree that a lot of people view their PV as a fashion statement. And if you think differently than them, you are a loser. Which I find weird. And I also find it would be very discouraging to a lot of people searching for ways to quit smoking. Me, personally I don't care what anyone thinks of me. YMMV...

Well I heard back from Manos, I think his name is. He stated it was an RSST issue, but they would send me new connectors if I wished. I said I wouldn't mind new connectors, even though I resolved it. And I don't think it's necessarily an RSST issue (didn't say that last part). But I told him to make it worth his while, since he would be sending connectors, that I'd buy the tubes and switch if he send them with the connectors (for free), since he would already be shipping something anyway. We'll see what happens. Looks like the parts are semi-readily available anyway.
I think it's a good offer...that way he doesn't feel that he is out that shipping cost.
Wasn't the switch housing re-designed to stop juice from entering? Or is it still an issue? My RSST does let out like one drop a day, I just always take an alcohol wipe and clean out the juice well area when I take it off. What I do forget to do is remove the atty the few times I have removed the main tube.

I can't keep up with myself. Every time I think I have enough, something else comes to mind. I got the Divers with funds from sold vaping supplies though...so I'm really not spending anything.
