Had both. Loved my Roller but for me the Nemesis is a class above. Same a liquids personal taste. Upgraded the Roller to rhodium spring and it did hit harder but the Nem didn't need playing with to be better it came that way. Had most of the high end mechs and yep rate the Nemesis at the top. So much that another couple will end up with me....unless something better comes along.

Can't really go wrong with either one. I have one of each. It boils down to whether you prefer a side or bottom button, and whether you prefer a telescope or solid tube. The craftsmanship is top notch on both. The switch on the Roller is a little more complicated, when it comes time to do maintenance.

i love the roller, sweet little mod. feels nice and solid and the button works great with very little wobble, the way it feels you almost expect to get a "click" when you press it, so far its my out and about mod, just enough weight to feel substantial not flimsy. like it so much i saw a great deal in the classies and picked up another one. might order the kick ring from atmizone and set that one up in 650 vw mode.

If you are going to take apart the Roller switch make sure you do it in a zip lock as there is a tiny ball bearing that will go flying and...well you really need it !

I find the Nemesis switch far easier to work with because of the lack of said tiny ball bearing.

LOL.. My tiny ball has gone flying twice... first time it hit the floor and I crawled around for a week with a flash light until I found it! The second time it flew, it hit my laptop screen and bounced around landing right in front of me. Good thing they send 3 spares!

I'm very happy with my Roller although I'd love to have a Nemesis..but I don't need or really want another mech.

I love both my Roller and Nemesis. The button on the Roller has such a nice feel to it and the mod looks simple but elegant looking. If you ever disassemble the button compartment, you'll see what makes it different from the other side button mods. The Nemesis has the looks and features that justifies it's high end price. The adjustable positive top, afc and telescoping bottom switch makes it one of the best mods around. The spring on the bottom switch is strong enough to not auto fire when sitting up. It's so easy to make any device sit flush, while on the Roller you can't make anything sit flush and line up with the button unless you adjust the pin on the device itself.

I don't think you can go wrong with either one. I give the Nemesis the edge but that's only because I like my devices sitting flush and I like bottom buttons. I'm sure you'll probably end up with both of them in the future. Unless you want to have a little extra money to buy a device with your purchase, I've seen some Rollers with good prices in the classified section. Nemesis are usually $220+ while the Roller can be found sometimes listed as low as $140.

I would definitely recommend the Nemesis. I bought a a Dingo because I thought I would never get my hands on a Nemesis, now it sits on the counter. It is a nice little mod but I was disappointed by a few things. The extensions fit poorly and the finish does not match very well(not an issue with the roller, of course). The fittings on the base mod were almost seamless, I can't even see the line between the top cap and tube. The switch on mine is crooked, I did not notice it at first but now it really bugs me. It works great and looks pretty good in it's original 18350 mode. The switch assembly is quite frankly annoying and bothersome as compared to the Nemesis. The locking feature on the Roller is also annoying compared to the Nemesis. If the switch was just a tad beefier, knurled, and did not rotate past the on/off positions, I would enjoy it a lot more. The battery spring on the Roller is annoying, as compared to the threaded switch on the Nemesis. The center pin adjustment on the Roller is annoying, compared to the knurled thumb screw on the Nemesis. The center pin on the Roller is too loose and adjusts itself unless fully tightened. I just really find the Roller to be too fiddly. You need tools to take it apart, let alone make a simple center pin adjustment. The Nemesis is downright beautiful, and is easily fully disassembled by hand. It is so simple to break it down for a quick bath, including the switch. In my opinion, there is no decision to be made here. Don't get me wrong, the Roller is very solid and somewhat rugged by design. You won't cringe as badly when your friend swipes your Roller off the table and onto the concrete patio. If you decide to rely on a Roller, be certain to always carry a tool to adjust the center pin. All it takes is an inadvertent twist of your atomizer and your center pin can tighten too far and create a loose connection. I have many other negative points concerning the Roller in regards to the Nemesis, but I am a very particular person.

Bottom line: you won't be disappointed with you Roller until you get a Nemesis.

I don't have a Nemesis but I love my roller. I honestly can't say that there are any flaws with it. The button is great and I love the ice matte finish on mine. It's really nice that they let you customize it. From what everyone's said about the Nemesis, it seems the only deciding factors would be looks and your preference of the button.
