Not sure if this helps but a 510 atomizer measures .364 thousandths of a inch or 9.25 mm in diameter . Closest inch measurement would be 23/64 which is .359 thousandths of a inch. Just a bit smaller might press on to a tight fit is sanded or honed a bit. The diameter of a bare 510 battery connector not pressed into anything, like the ones sold from madvapes are .342 thousands of a inch or 8.7mm ... 11/32 is .343 thousandths of inch almost a perfect fit. Not sure where you can buy one at but you can allways drill one out if the ID is smaller then what is needed.

plug both airholes near the threads with some jb weld and you wont need a catchcup. I assume this is a bottom feeder. Poke 2 tiny holes in the side of the atty at the same height as the top of the bridge. plenty of airflow right there to vape perfect. After squeezing your bottom fed bottle...and holding it squeezed...the juice will soak your atty wick and bridge let it fill....once its soaked ease off pressure from the bottle and it will all get sucked back down. This method works better than the big dollar mod (no names) with the catchcup on top of the wooden box. ALL excess juice is back in bottle...zero floods...zero spills...zero mess...perfect vape.

Look at it like this too...The anatomy of a 510 places the actual atomizer coil 3/8" to 1/2" ABOVE the vent holes at the threads. If you relocate the vent holes above the atty coil, theres only one place for the juice to go..up through the coil. I've built mods with catchcups....and mods with plugged airholes and new airholes on the sides of the atty. Trust me when I tell ya plug those airholes, it works 10X better

she reports that if there wasn't a blob of solder on the side of the 510 connector that it should fit in the hole. if it doesn't it will require minimal filing. she also reports that the lip at the beginning of the threads will not pass through the hole, so it seems that this may be the correct size washer. the washer is stainless steel also.
