I have a Kanger Aero tank (pro tank 3 with an airflow attachment) and for some reason the atomizer gets flooded every other couple hits, and after a while it won't even work. So I have to clean all the juice out the flooded atomizer ALOT. When I screw on the atomizer there is some space around it and was wondering if that was it, but if anyone has any suggestions or know how to fix PLEASE HELP!!!!

The first image is where it's flooding, the second is with the atomizer not all the way screwed but you can notice the spaces juice can get through (is that normal??)

Unless you are missing the o-ring at the bottom of atomizer, it wouldn't flood through the thread. Flooding would come from the center tube inside the atomizer. Juice flows into the coil chamber and if too much juice enters, it can flood.
Does the draw gurgle? Check the wick and open. See if the opening isn't fully sealed with the wick.
Also, post a pic of atomizer side where the wick is exposed. that would give me better view.

Oh ok and yes the o rings are there, it does gurgle, and you can especially tell when it start flooding when I take a draw and the airholes feel like they are plugged. I will take a picture of it as soon as I get home, thanks for the help

I started building micro coils that use thinner wicks on my Pro tanks 1 1/2 weeks ago and the flooding wouldn't stop.

I rolled up about 1/8 inch ball of cotton added at the base right in front of the slots to the coil on each side where the wick goes through and the flooding stopped cold.

I use thin juice 80% PG.

I will definitely try that it all else fails, thanks
