Start an empty atty off with about 6 drops of juice. vape it until you start getting a dry atty harsh bad taste. Add 3 to 4 drops. Vape it until you start getting a dry atty bad taste. rinse/repeat. You'll get the hang of it with experience and know when to drip before getting the bad dry atty taste eventually. Sooner is better than later because that dry atty taste is terrible.

I do mine a bit differently, I fill them until the liquid gets above the ceramic cup, wetting the entire internal of the Atty, let it sit for a bit, then I take a couple vapes and then start to drip 4-5 drops at a time, you want to make sure you wick is entirely wet with the liquid when you start it out, if not you get a burn on the wick, so try a little more liquid on the first prime.

How many drops per use and how many hits do i get off the rec, drop #

There's not really one answer for that. Attys differ, the size of the drops differ depending on the bottle, PG/VG ratio can change it, etc...

Be sure to blow the primer out of the atty before putting any liquid in the first time. That stuff tastes nasty.
