Ok if I'm in the wrong spot for this..just mosey me to the right place! I've been getting an atomizer not connected type message (dont' remember exact words on this..forgive me...but I know it's a basic..'you're not connected, chick!" thing) istick 30w with a Melo. Now I DO have an adapter on the iStick302 and once I unscrewed that, I was good to go..but is there something I should DO with the adapter? Never had this before although a bit of a newbie (vaping since end of 2014). I see the little clearish o-ring type thingys deep in the adaptor. NOt sure I could pick and lift them out to clean them (or should?) Anyone have suggestions? Sorry for the 'thingys" bit but hardware names elude me!

There is no reason to use the ego adapter on your iStick 30 when using the Melo tank.
The adaptor is for tanks that use the larger Ego threading, such as Kanger T2's, T3's, Mini Protanks, etc.....

I keep trying to use a 510 to 510 adaptor to protect my mod from leakage and to protect the threads of my mod.
Just a 510 male that screws into the mod, a ring, and a 510 female to seat the mod.
It's dreadfully inefficient. Ohms jump about all over the place depending how I screw an atty down...

I had that thought, but taking advantage of the spring pin was worth the wear in a disposable battery.
