Kangertech Mini RBA (works / dont work)

After cleaning, rebuilding and filling the Kangertech rba, I screw it back on my eleif istick and it reads ( no atomizer ). I unscrew it, check the connection, screw it back on, ( no atomizer )
I put the Kt. on the ohms reader jig, ( 1.0 ohm )
Screw it on another Mod, works fine.
Screw an Atlantis on the iStick, works fine
So now I scrap the connection pin at the bottom of the Kt. { just a bit } , screw it on the iStick and now its working.
3 days later I re-wick the Kt. and same problem as above, only this time it wont make a connection after scraping the bottom pin. It's still working fine on the KBox and dT-50
The iStick is working with the Atlantis as well as 2 other tanks.
Appreciate any thoughts about this.

I had the same problem when I first got my Subtank Plus. Is it possible the leads might be touching the side of the deck? Mine were originally, but it fired on my MVP3 and not on my Sigelei. After I clipped the leads just short enough, it's worked fine on all my devices.
