Hi there everyone, first time poster here. I'm not exactly too experienced with vaping, been using a Volano Inferno for over a year now and I'm not really happy with it. It constantly leaks and the vapor production varies day by day. I was reading around the forums here and seen a lot of people talking about the istick 50w battery and I was going to pick that up. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good atomizer to go with it. I've read the Delta II is pretty solid. And another question, with an atomizer such as the Delta II what kind of routine maintenance/part replacement will I have to do? For example, with my Inferno the heating coil burns out after about 3 weeks of usage and I have to replace it. Is it the same kind of situation with the Delta II or other atomizers? Thanks in advance.

The Delta II is a fantastic atomizer that provides options for you because it will as with most tanks take a premade coil-head that will screw into the bottom section the nice part about the Delta II compared to the Kanger Sub-tank or the Atlantis is that the Delta has adjustable juice flow control on the premade coil. Unlike the subtank which comes with the RBA section included with the tank that allows you to make and wick a coil like on a drip atomizer, the Delta II RBA is sold seperately. It produces great flavor and vapor and of the 3 tanks I mentioned has the best power handling capabilities it comfortably will handle all 50 watts available from the I-Stick 50 watt device which is an extremely impressive device for the money IMO. You don't have to run it at 50 watts but it will handle it and more if you so desire but you can run it at 18 watts if that's your personal sweet spot although I do suggest 20 watts and up to take advantage of this tank as it is a subohm tank system. It in my book is a great combination that gives you options to play around with for customizing your vape experience. I don't know if this helped you or not but I think you're looking in the right direction if looking to move to a better more advanced setup. Good luck and let us know how it works out.

I have the Eleaf 50W iStick and I go back and forth between the Kanger Subtank and the Aspire Atlantis and can recommend both of them highly. Some say that the flavor is better on one and the the other makes more vapor, but if there are differences in those areas, I really can't tell. I think I like the way the Atlantis is put together a little bit better than the Subtank, but I like that I can get 1.2 ohm & .5 ohm pre-made coils for the Subtank, but only .5 ohm for the Atlantis. The Subtank has a larger juice capacity without having a larger form factor which is also a plus for me. My local B&M shop has a larger tank to upgrade the capacity of the Atlantis, but I haven't purchased it yet. In doing research, I found that many people are in either one camp or the other. Those who like the Subtank find fault with the Atlantis and vice versa, but my experience has been that they are both terrific.

I have the Subtank mini and love it for flavor much better than the Atlantis but the Atlantis is a bit more of a cloud machine the Artic is good and handles better power and out produces all the forementioned tanks in clouds and power but in comes the Herakles By Sense that knocks them all back. It is like the Atlantis and Artic got together and produced a prodigy from other of their best DNA strands it is an excellent tank with little following as of yet.

The delta 2 is nice. Adjustable juice control is a good touch. The downside to the delta 2 is you can't see your juice level really.

The subtank has great flavor, easy to find replaceable coils if you buy locally (here at least) and has about the same flavor level of the delta 2 but does so at lower wattage. Also, it holds 6ml juice if that is your thing.

I went with the full size subtank for my istick 50.
