Atomizer resistance build up

Has anyone one else experienced the following:

Take atomizer 1 and use it with 3.6v...... good Vapor production, Then
take atty 1 and use it with 6v............... GREAT vapor production, Then
take atty 1 and use it with 3.6v............ POOR vapor production.

Yes, I have notice that to my atomizers youss xaxaxa. I havent made I research about this but yes it happens

not technically. They still work @ 6v, but it's like they get stretched out like a pair of long socks you can still wear them they just won't stay up!

My AFS is still going at 6V. Some attys last at 6V and some don't. I love 801s and I am looking forward to Imeo's new ones. I will use those at 7.4V.

Even the 4081 super mini I tried at 4.5v only works now at 4.5v or higher

vaped at 6V
i vape about 2~3ml a day
the juice i use is very clear though, basicly mildseven cut with cigar and cherry.
when i vaped a oem 901 with fruit flavor the atties lasted a week
i canged to tabaco types and they didnt die no more.

but ive only ever had a atty pop through user miss use

Maybe it has something to do with the density/thickness of the element compared to the length...901 elements are only slightly shorter than an 801 but are much thinner. This ratio must have something to do with it...look at 4081/501 short and fat, they seem to do better at higher voltage.

No, but I noticed that:

Take atty 1 and use it with 3.6v............ POOR vapor production, Then
take atty 1 and use it with 6v............... GREAT vapor production, Then
take atomizer 1 and use it with 3.6v...... good Vapor production

I have been re-using (reviving) about a month now, many old attys this way that has buildup resistance from residues and was producing very poor vapor.

*be aware* NOT pure 6volt directly from battery, but pulsed 6V from the new IMEOBATT project... Shhhhh.... its a secret!!!

Interesting, Thanos, this is what I do too to revive poor performing atties. It either helps or kills them totally if they were already about to die.

Unlucky vinyl, don't give up, try a different manufacturer's atties.

I also do this with my attys,
when they get a bit tired,
a pulse blast from a 6V manual battery, 5 or 6 times --

this usually kills or cures !!!!!!! 8-o8-o
