Atomizers for 510s

In using a 6v unit, I wanted to be clear about the HV atomizers. Is it best to use the 510 with the 5.2 ohm or the 510 atomizer with the 4.5 resistor?
I have no knowledge of batteries, but I know some of you do. Can you
please tell me which is the best?

The HV atomizers are more for 6v and above mainly the 7.4 cause they take 2 volts from the device so there actually running around 5v on a 7.4 and 4v on a 6v
