I think thats a DSE801 which I use, they are bigger and have a much bigger reservoir to fill your liquid in them than the smaller 801 Atty, I have been using these for quite some time and find that they are the best out of all of them, if it's the bigger 801, they have a serious amount of polly fill and they also come in a HV Atty which is what I'm using on my GGT and my Silver Bullet and have found that using these HV801 Atty's are second to none out there (IMHOP)

Do you mean HV801 are second to none when it comes to vapor production? The problem I am having is getting enough vapor out of my vapor king KD808. I am looking for a bigger (more powerful) atomizer so I don't have to suck and nurse the damn thing to get a good hit. I want to buy a mechanism that I can fog the room up with. Would I start with a HV801 atomizer?

I'm a bit confused on some atomizer types, I know the difference between a 510 and a 901, but what is the difference between a 901 and RN4075.

The DSE 901 and the RN4075 attys are interchangable. The only difference is that the DSE 901 has a higher bridge where as the RN4075's bridge is lower and more curved. There also has been mentioned that the coil wire on the DSE 901 is a little thicker.

(Note: The bridge is the mesh part you see when you look into an atty. It is what helps wick the juice from the cart.)
