Attached image HTML

Attached images in peoples' threads have HTML text preceding the first image. I'm sure this is already known, but was unable to find a thread on bringing it to the attention of the site admin/maintainer(s). The images that do work, are people using an outside photo storage site and copying the HTML code from there?

I use imgur.com, otherwise, you can attach photos & upload them to ECF with the image icon at the top of the reply box.

I'll start using imgur. When you use the image icon at the top, that's when the problem occurs.

locally hosted images uploaded directly to ECF sometimes don't appear if you're running certain adblockers, disabling those on ECF solves that issue. As for using an external host, I believe that is the best method for posting pics, anyway. Just make sure you use the BBCode (the one that uses the [img][/img] tags) and not the HTML, the latter won't show up ;-)
