Stopped by a few weeks ago to check you out....man you REALLY need to work on your staff training. They'll get away with the average mall shopper, but if someone that actually knows anything about e-cigs shows up, they're COMPLETELY lost. I knew they were 808s, but whoever it was that I was talking to couldn't tell me anything other than your "brand names" for all of them.

I completely understand that staffing with an "expert" will be damned near impossible, but I was truly disappointed. Had some high hopes for a "real" brick and mortar place in the area.

Did you speak to Justin, Mark or Christie? Justin is the manager and should be operating at expert level. They other two are new to the concept. With the mall open for 70+ hours a week it would not be reasonable to expect Justin to work the whole time without help and training new people takes time.

Unfortunately the traffic flow in that mall is not comparable to our other stores and this expansion has officially failed. As of sept 1st we will no longer be there.

The hampton roads area of VA. Specifically at the greenbrier and chesapeake square mall locations in chesapeake and the lynnhaven mall in virginia beach. All three are still going strong. It is unfortunate that the new store never took off but everyone involved knew it would be a gamble.
