Hi,
Has my order shipped?? I have not received any tracking information. I was
expecting it by the weekend so I could do a review for one of the
E-Cigarette forums. Now I go to your site and it says "We are currently
experiencing a high volume of e-Pack orders which could cause delivery to
take 2 - 4 weeks on e-Pack sets.", this is not acceptable to me. I was not
informed of any long delay with my order, and your reply to me below says it
should have already shipped. Please let me know what is going on and if I
need to cancel my order as I am not waiting "2 -4 weeks"

Sorry for not getting you an update. Your orders was placed on Thursday of
last week and we normally try to get your product to you in 7 - 10 business
days. Today is the 5th business day since your order was placed and the 10th
business day will be next Friday. We are doing everything we can to get
shipment our in the 7 - 10 business days like our site states, but we've had
a large volume of orders and also have a shipment waiting to arrive at your
SC location.
I apologize for the delay and assure you we are doing everything we can to
get orders to customers in the 10 days as our site states. We have a no
hassle refund policy so if you do not wish to wait on your product please
let us know and issue you a refund ASAP.
And my reply to that
Hi,
No I do not want to wait, please refund my money and cancel my order. I
order online all the time and normal ship time is one to three days, not 2
weeks. Really sorry your company is like others who sell products they do
not have in stock, how hard is it to put up "Out of Stock" or tell someone
it is on backorder. Had I known that you did not have the product I would
have not placed the order in the first place. Again please cancel my order
and refund my money.

Hate to say it but another company like Blu Cigs. I will not purchase from a company that runs a business like this.

Well at least their CS is lots better than Blu. Here is the Reply I received 1 hour after my email to them.
Your payment has been refunded. If you paid using your PayPal account the
money will be transferred back into that account. If you paid by credit or
debit card your money will be refunded to the card.
Just so you know we sell over 500 sets a day and we have a shipment of
10,000 sets held up in customs. We are not the only company dealing with
this situation. When you placed your order we had product in stock and had
all intentions of receiving our shipment this week which would have allowed
us to get your order to you in the timeframe stated on our site and on the
confirmation you received. Sorry for the trouble.
I still do not agree with selling a product you don't have in stock. Just because you are expecting an order to come in does not mean you should sell it before you receive it, UNLESS you let your buyers know BEFORE they order. I just worked out a deal for 20ea 510 atty's, but was told it would be the end of July before they ship (before I ordered), I still ordered them, but I was expecting the delay, not being told AFTER I order that there is going to be a delay. All I want a supplier to do is be upfront with me if there is going to be a delay on shipping, and tell me BEFORE I order, not after.
