ATTENTION! How to get the IDENTICAL product to Blu right now!!

Hey! Some one in another thread mentioned aquavapor.com had something that looks like Blu. That's because it IS blu. They are both l88b model kits. They look identical, down to the PPC, it just isn't branded. It lists the specific dimmensions (88mm x 8.5mm) which only the l88b has. $5 cheaper after you pay for shipping, but not much cartridge choice. There are a lot of other 8.5mm cartridges out there though. If you had your heart set on Blu, order this. I just ordered a few minutes ago.

The BLU (L88) only has a 95mah battery size, so you are lucky to get a hour before you need to change batteries.

Too bad I didn't see any posts from you before I ordered. With the 30% off, I think I would have rather had the sideshow than anything. Nifty product and lots of carts. Bummer. Maybe next time.
 
I thought about getting these, but lack of flavors is what changed my mind. I know u can use liquid to refill packs, but i rather just order it all from 1 company. Let us know how long it takes to get it, and how well it works!

Well, if, and when, Blu gets their crap together you can order from them. I'm looking for a source for blank 8.5mm diameter carts. Any one know a place?

blu is limited to 5 flavors last time i checked. i got one of each flavor with my starter kit from them. menthol, vanilla, coffee, cherry and tobacco. The menthol one was ok, but the flavors on all the other ones were very blah to me. i won't be ordering refill carts from them. am refilling them on my own with liquids i got from liquid xpress :)
 
update: I got in touch with a guy running this, yes they are in fact identical to Blu. He says they buy them directly from the manufacturer, blu buys from a distributor. He also has some cartridge hookups and told me that he can get me blanks to fill with my own juice. He said he has future plans to offer blanks on the website, buy hasn't implemented it so far. So, this is looking like a pretty awesome route.

I'll let you guys know how well they pull through. The confirmation email said product should be in my hands in 7 - 10 business days. If they do well, I suggest all the people Blu screwed talk to them.

He also has some cartridge hookups and told me that he can get me blanks to fill with my own juice. He said he has future plans to offer blanks on the website, buy hasn't implemented it so far. So, this is looking like a pretty awesome route.

I ordered one yesterday also, as they are only one state away from me, USPS should be fast, IF they get it out their door fast.

Yet to Vape. Looking forward to trying it.

I hope the L88 design will work for me. I work as a contractor in a correctional facility. I plan to reload my carts. I don't think carrying a bottle of ejuice with me will be an option. Trying to explain what the liquid is to the officers? That probably haven't heard of Vaping? Might cause problems.

Might order a second one so I have replacement parts on hand.

Update: Got an email back from their CS today.

"We normally run about 3 - 4 days behind on shipping so your order should go
out first of next week. We'll send you a tracking number once it goes out"

So, as I said. I'm still confident in their 7-10 business days in your hands promise. Actually, sounds more like 5 or 6 tops if they ship out early next week

I sent an email asking about ship time and got about the same.
We are about 3 - 4 days behind on shipping so your order should ship on
Tuesday or Wednesday of next week and most likely be to you by the end of
the week.
Quick response time on the email, and should be in the 7 to 10 day delivery time listed on the site.

I have an l88........it's a cute little toy. Lucky for me it's threading is compatible with my 510. Some people could possibly enjoy it,(it's like sucking air through a straw for me. I have to plug 3 of the 4 holes to get a good hit) It does actually produce some vapor just no throat hit. Just don't be discouraged if it doesn't get you off of analog's. Bigger really is better but I understand that everyone has differenty needs so I'm just throwing out a little info for whoever wants it.

Just got a phone call from Aquavapor. They are having a problem getting their shipments from the manufacturer. U.S. Customs would be my guess. They offered to let me wait for the E-pack, switch to another product they carry, or have my money refunded. I opted for the refund. I already ordered another device. Had it in hand in two business days (thanks Jason).

Sorry for not getting you an update. Your orders was placed on Thursday of
last week and we normally try to get your product to you in 7 - 10 business
days. Today is the 5th business day since your order was placed and the 10th
business day will be next Friday. We are doing everything we can to get
shipment our in the 7 - 10 business days like our site states, but we've had
a large volume of orders and also have a shipment waiting to arrive at your
SC location.

I apologize for the delay and assure you we are doing everything we can to
get orders to customers in the 10 days as our site states. We have a no
hassle refund policy so if you do not wish to wait on your product please
let us know and issue you a refund ASAP.
And my reply to that

No I do not want to wait, please refund my money and cancel my order. I
order online all the time and normal ship time is one to three days, not 2
weeks. Really sorry your company is like others who sell products they do
not have in stock, how hard is it to put up "Out of Stock" or tell someone
it is on backorder. Had I known that you did not have the product I would
have not placed the order in the first place. Again please cancel my order
and refund my money.

Hate to say it but another company like Blu Cigs. I will not purchase from a company that runs a business like this.

Well at least their CS is lots better than Blu. Here is the Reply I received 1 hour after my email to them.
Your payment has been refunded. If you paid using your PayPal account the
money will be transferred back into that account. If you paid by credit or
debit card your money will be refunded to the card.

Just so you know we sell over 500 sets a day and we have a shipment of
10,000 sets held up in customs. We are not the only company dealing with
this situation. When you placed your order we had product in stock and had
all intentions of receiving our shipment this week which would have allowed
us to get your order to you in the timeframe stated on our site and on the
confirmation you received. Sorry for the trouble.
I still do not agree with selling a product you don't have in stock. Just because you are expecting an order to come in does not mean you should sell it before you receive it, UNLESS you let your buyers know BEFORE they order. I just worked out a deal for 20ea 510 atty's, but was told it would be the end of July before they ship (before I ordered), I still ordered them, but I was expecting the delay, not being told AFTER I order that there is going to be a delay. All I want a supplier to do is be upfront with me if there is going to be a delay on shipping, and tell me BEFORE I order, not after.
