I try to mail there, and my computer says it is not a valid internet address. It won't work.
Chad is trying to tell you that it's not an email address. Enter support.vapor4life.com into your web browser (NOT your email client) and you will arrive at a page where you can start a service ticket (do not put www before the url either).
I'm having problems contacting them. I put in an order last night and it left off a 30ml juice for some reason it just didn't put it in when I checked out. So I put in another order and got charged for shipping for both. I left a note on the second order and emailed and havnt heard back and was charged for shipping twice for basically one order. I know they are busy hope you guys get the servers working. But regardless I cant wait to receive my order
The best way to get us is to either call or use the new ticketing system. I like the new ticketing system because customers can actually track the status of their ticket!!

Sally you made me laugh so hard right there, not in a bad way, but I remember when my mother tried emailing a site and she just entered the web address as the email, and kept doing it till finally one day asked me why she never got a reply... you doing the same thing just made me think of her and laugh about it
