If it is 12 ohms, you should definitely notice the change in (non)performance. I don't want to seem to insult your technical skills, but make sure your meter set to the proper range?

ya it's set right. I can hear the atty but nothing going on.

That gave me an idea... gonna vape straight from my 220V plug. (europe)

12ohms is really high so it's dead for sure.

Yeah. I tried making a Bottle feeding Toaster mod once with a 2 Litter bottle. Worked Great and the Hit was Out of This World.

Problem was when you Chain Vaped the Toast Ejector would pop up and knok my drip tip off.
