Please explain for me the difference: (for 510)
Regular atty
LR atty
HV atty

And...doesn't Greenhouse One carry regular atties ?

I don't know about Greenhouse, but all difference in resistance:

Regular atty - about 3.2ohm - 3.6ohm
LR atty - 1.5ohm - 2.5ohm
HV atty - 4.5ohm and up - don't use with regular batts - usually used with 6V and higher mods
