Atty Extender Help

Hey Guys,

I just got an atty extender for my UFS. It came with another O'ring, but I have no idea what it is used for...I can only guess that it replaces the 9'2 o'ring for the top cap, but I just wanted to make sure.

yep, goes in the top cap. It's a little thinner than the normal o ring you use for a 510 atty on account of the atty extender being a little thicker than a 510 atty.

However, I am pretty sure the extender is pointless, or mine is defective. It still doesn't give enough length to use my UFS in its full configuration with a drip tip, and drip tips fall out way too easily. I have tried pawns, mings, standard delrins they all fall out with little effort.

Any one have any insight?

Same with mine, just a hair too short for wide drip tips. I am using some contoured metal tips that fit down into the opening in the top cap. I just plan to double up with another extender in the future.

Oh yeah, you can stack as many as you want. If I had to guess, the reason the extender is the length that it is, is so that people that want to extend their UFS and increase their liquid capacity with an extra metal tank body piece while still using an original UFS mouthpiece can do so by just buying the one extra atty extender. If they were any longer I don't think the original mouthpiece would screw in all the way.

If you can put a 510 drip tip on the end, then they will stack.

the inside hole of the extender is at 8,65mm, just like the hole of an atomizer. Maybe your drip tips need a bigger o-ring Sea. If your drip tip comes with a 5x1,5 o-ring, then you can put a 6x1,5 o-ring and the tip will fit as you want.

I also heard that those expensive gold plated drip tips (cant remember from whom,but they are the only suppliers anyways) are bigger and rarely fit other attys...maybe worth a shot

Yeah,I think I put him out of stock...ordered a bunch or slim parts and got 3 lil bags with odd ends in them...was wondering what they were for until I received my UFS from gredie...then I realised I had 3 spare extenders...not sure if its a shipping mishap or what

Aha! Thank you for the link to the tips. I actually found an old style Super T drip tip I forgot I had, and it is fitting rather snug. If you want to sell me an extender I would be happy to pay for it and shipping, but if not, I more than understand.

Sure,PM me your address,i`ll shove one kit in the mail 1st thing monday morning (as mail doesnt work weekends )

You recon a simple envelope should suffice? (with cradboard so it wont tear)...I wouldnt want it to return to me in 4 days ,time lost sucks.
