Atty Question...Cold vapor?

I just got my first ego kit today (score!) and I'm freakin loving it. I was an all-cartomizer vaper until I got this. I figured I'd try dripping as well. It came with two atty's in the kit, one SR and one LR and I also bought a 306 LR because I heard so many good things. So both of the atty's that came with the Ego kit seem to give me cold vapor. Straight...just cold...very not warm vapor. Which isn't quite as pleasant as the nice warmness I get from the 306. Is that normal?

The resistance in your LR atomizer is about 1.5-1.7 ohms and gets hotter than your normal 2.5 ohm ego atomizer.

The LR atty is not getting hotter is the thing. They sent me an LR with the kit as well as the SR and they are both cold. And all my standard res cartos are still nice and warm too. It's just the two atty's that came with the kit, including the LR. Everything else is fine....? I even have 3.0 ohm cartos that are still warm goodness.

That's normal - cartomizers give you much warmer vapor than cartridge/tank atties do, which is why some people love (or hate) them.
