I was going to get a GGTB for 6V vaping, but decided to go with The 510 GLV2 5V for that "sweet spot". I'm looking at Cartomizers and Atomizers, looking at pricing and OHM Ratings, thinking to myself, "you should ask the forum what they use"...

What are you guys using as far as atty's and cartomizers on a 5V 510 GLV2 device? How is the price?

Do any of you get away with using cartridges with blue foam on your 5V 510 device?

P.S. does the atty leak at the threads on the GLV2? is that fixed?

I haven't received my GLV yet, but I have been using a 5v passthrough for a couple months. What it all comes down to is voltage, ohms, and watts. The voltage of you battery (squared) divided by the resistance (ohms) of your atty/carto will give you the amount of watts that the atty/carto coil is putting out. 5 volts squared would be 25, divide that by, say, a 2.5 ohm atty, and you've got 10 watts. That is a little too hot for some. It really is a personal preference that you will have to find for yourself. I like my heat around 10 watts for most of the day, but mornings and evenings I prefer more along the lines of 6 watts. I've got some 3.5 ohm attys ready for my GLV that will give me 7.something watts for those times.

Having a fixed voltage makes it easy to pick how warm you want your vapor by picking the right atty.

As far as leaking goes . . . I'm not sure, but I bought a bunch of adapters just in case. I use them anyway so that I can use whatever atty or carto goes on sale. :)
