Anyone know how customs works?

If they open a package and don't like part of it what do they do?
Send it back? Remove the offending item and send the rest on? Bin the whole package?

I'm a bit concerned about the TGA's attitude to nicotine products.

Would it be best to separate hardware and e-liquid into different packages?
Once you make 5 posts and the forum updates your account you'll be able to post outside of the New Members forum. Then you can go here Australia - New Zealand Forum to ask. It may provide your answer quicker ;)

i was just recently there, and saw quite a few people coming in from bali getting any and all wood products confiscated at syndey customs. the customs was pretty thorough, and didnt let much slip by, but a plus was the ultra cute short chick working the dogs... i think i fell in love a little bit...hahaha

Hi mattrix,
Seems to depend which state you are in, although there are a number of Aussie vapers here (and on the Aussie vapers forum) who import nicotine ejuice for personal use without problems. I think it best to separate them into different packages anyway. I'm in New Zealand and find ejuice can take longer to clear customs sometimes.
This may give you some more info, its about AUS legislation:
The Legal Question | SMOKESCREEN.info

Near the bottom it talks about being covered by the personal importation scheme.
