never happened to me before since I've start vapping - ordered from ggecigs.net and payed and got ... nothing ...
Ordered and payed 17 days ago and seller now says it's lost in the mail and his sorry and that's it ... $340 ...down the drain ...
so, if you looking for buying a GG from overseas ... well.. keep looking ...

Your vendor link is incorrect & should read: ggecigs.net

I don't see on their site that they have a TOS, so if "I" was the consumer and was unable to confirm tracking, I'd be contacting my payment handler, lodge a complaint, and to reverse charges for non delivered.

Hope it all works out for you in the end, as nobody should ever lose money for non delivery....

Since the tracking do not show “delivered” or the such; my guess is that “technically” is still in the suppliers field of action. Supplier has the proof (original) of the service agreement (with carrier) so should fight for the item.

If the item was “delivered” and lost/stolen (as normal with Fedex/UPS), then it is responsibility of the receiver to fight with the carrier.

For this one, I’m inclined towards the client.

don't try to make this personal because it's not I never received the parcel - Au Post tracking and also their investigation confirms it.As a seller you a responsible to make sure I receive the products I pay for. And don't say you're here to help after sending me threatening emails and make it clear you have no intention to fix this. The fact that sometimes I put negative reviews about products or suppliers doesn't mean anything - I never wanted or even asked or received any free goods from anybody - I just post my opinions!!! Insinuating that I received the goods and claim I didn't it's not the way to go Problem here is the way you treat your customers, not actually the money and you know that - all Au forums are closed for you after all the problems you had regarding your CS ....
