Could be the battery is going bad or switch is having troubles. When you say active do you mean it turns on by itself or fires by itself? If it's fireing by itself, it is likely time for a new one. If it's turned on by itself the switch could be going bad and if it continues, you might consider getting a new one. Sometimes when batteries begin to wear out they do things like that. I had a ego battery once turn on by itself and I wasn't able to turn it off. It was as if it was on and fireing! I brought it outside because I wasn't sure what it was going to do next. It stayed on like that in fire position for two days before it finally just died. Sometimes they do weird things like that when the battery is shot. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Air or sound can activate some Autos. If you simply twist your topper Off a little, the power has no where to go to...

Having started with Auto's when I switched from Analogs, unscrewing my Clearo about an 1/8 of a Turn when I put my PV in my pocket has Became second nature.

Yep. Firing all by itself with nothing attached. Guess it's time for a new one!

Can you please tell me how to put a picture on my profile? I entered the customize profile tab, but there's nothing there to post my personal pic. I'm pretty good with computers, but today I guess I'm a little off!

Thank you!

Don't throw you Old Auto Away once you get a New One.

Sometimes flushing an Auto with 94% Rubbing Alcohol and then letting it Dry Out for a Day or Two can revive it. Sometimes it Can't though.

So Only try this as a Last Resort. And Only when you have another PV to use if the Alcohol Flush Fails.

BTW - Have you tried Blowing thru the LED end of your Auto? Misfiring or Self-Firing is many times caused by a Small Amount of e-liquid that has Gotten into the Battery.
