When will the Ultra max W/RES be available?

And what is the difference between the ICR 123 battery and the RCR 123?

We are out of main bodys for the UltraMax but should have them back in stock in the next couple days. The only difference between the ICR and the RCR that I know of is the RCR are rechargeable and the ICR are not (at least I am pretty sure).
