Avatar issues

For the life of me I can't figure out how and where I can add a picture to my profile?? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

Go to Settings at the top of the page

On the left side, scroll down to Edit Avatar

If you're uploading from your computer, choose Browse

Save Changes

if it keeps saying "remote file is too large" try saving it and uploading it instead of copying and pasting. thats what i had to do
