How do I add a picture to my profile? I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks

Top Right of page, click on Settings. Took me a while also. From there, you can update your Profile Pic, your Avatar Pic, and all your other forum settings as well.

Yes, and since you have more than 15 posts, you can add a signature banner.
