So I placed a ticket 4/3 because I went through the motions of placing an order for 100mls of 6mg PG Hype on Monday April 1st and I entered a gift code that had $40 on it and I also went through the motions of checking out, but for some reason, the transaction did not go through. When I go back to reorder, the gift code now shows a balance of $0. I've been waiting on a response from AVE to track the gift code/research the problem, but it shows that the ticket has not been viewed. Is this type of turn around time typical for an AVE ticket? Did my ticket get lost in the system? I'd really like to place my order, and losing $40 does not make me happy |
