We want to know where this is...can you help us find out which city/country it is in?

Answers must be similar to those in our "Name That Thang" contest. Give us a city/county/province/region and a country (so we know you aren't just guessing. Oh! Additionally guessing the correct name of the place in the picture will net you an additional prize.

example: a picture of the rainbow room in NY city. You could guess "New york City, NY. U.S.A." and win the prize...but if you guessed The rainbow Room in New York City, NY. U.S.A." You would win the extra prize.
