I'm not sure where to put this so I figured I would throw it in the general section. I don't think I've read a bad review about avid vaper but another positive review never hurts. I bought their Amp tank about 4 months ago and made the mistake of carrying it around with me and went through 2 glass tanks and finally I dropped it on concrete and broke the connection. I contacted avid and they told me to send it in. They were fast with replies and only charged me $10 to fix the connection. I just received it back from them better than new. I'm extremely impressed with their customer service and just wanted to let you guys know about my experience.

I was also extremely pleased with their customer service while I was sorting out an issue with my ego 18650 (It turned out to be simply that it likes flat top batterys and not nipple tops). Really a great place to do business with and as a result of their great service has hit my very short list of go to vendors.
