My first order from Phiniac was placed on 10-11-2012. I received the order on Saturday 10-13-2012. I ordered a great carto punch, and as luck would have it, I received probably the only defective unit of the batch. Not a big deal, but I e-mailed Phiniac about the carto punch that Saturday and did not expect a reply until Monday. I was surprised to receive a reply within hours and on a Saturday no less. The following Monday (yesterday) a replacement was dispatched from Phiniac. I fully think the replacement I will be getting will be without issue.

I'm kinda a research guy so I searched this Positive Review forum and the Negative Review forum. There are alot of positive reviews and only one negative review (which phiniac promptly addressed). That speaks volumes about their customer service.

Such customer service warrants recognition......Thanks
