I will never order from Avid Vapor again. I ordered three weeks ago, paid $12 for shipping, send several e-mails on the status and this is what they have to say:


I am sorry for the delay, you will need to give this more time to arrive, we have experienced packages taking in excess of 5 weeks to arrive.

This is from the shipping policy on our site:

Since we rely on third party shipping entities like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and foreign customs agancies to handle the shipment of our products, Avid Industries, Inc. can make no Guarentees or warranties about delivery dates or our products, Avid Industries, Inc. cannot be held liable for any damages or inconveniences caused by late product delivery,loss of items during shipment, or customs delays.

This notice is in bold RED when you check out:

All First Class and Priority orders inside the US (50 states) ship with delivery confirmation, this is not a tracking number although USPS sometimes updates the location status but not always. Signature confirmation for domestic first class and priority mail are available as an option. Domestic and International USPS/EMS Express Mail carries a tracking number and signature confirmation. First Class and Priority Mail International shipping are NOT trackable and do not carry delivery confirmation outside the US, because of this we have no recourse if a shipment is delayed, held in customs, lost, or never delivered. USPS/EMS Express Mail International is the only trackable shipping method outside the USA. Please be aware of this when choosing your shipping method.

So my mistake that I did not pay $30 for shipping of an atty!!!!! I have never had this with any supplier, they took care of me they way they should!!

We would be willing to replace the 357 atomizer and the pack of cartomizers from your first order at no cost to you, on the premise of you placing an additional order. For you showing a bit of trust in our company we are willing to go the extra step and replace both items. I understand your cost on the first order was a total loss, we are very sorry for this unfortunate situation.

That is good! I consider Avid Vapor a trustworthy and client friendly company again ;-)

update, even better:

Jessica at Avid send me an email and really went that extra mile: They will send a free HH.357 and pay for the upgrade to express international shipping when I place another order.to compensate my lost order. So I did and ordered 2 x HH.357's (2.5 and a 3.0) along with the 1.5 ohm, some adapters etc, now that is the customer service I was looking for!!!

Update, this is what I have send to Avid:

Jessica,

I have received the order yesterday, fantastic!!! The HH357's are a dream come true!!! I really love the flavor, performance, all!!!! Also the adapters are of the best quality, I have tried all others!!! I am a happy customer again and will send some positive vibes on the ECF, you can count on that!!! Now let's see how long they will last, If one month, I will be more then happy and order again. Thank you again for taking care and you have regained my trust!!!
